Personal Finance OS (“PFOS”) is a private, single-user, non-commercial personal-finance tool. It is not a payment institution, not a licensed account information service provider (AISP), and not a commercial product offered to the public. Read-only account information may be obtained through Enable Banking, which acts as an authorised AISP under applicable PSD2 arrangements. PFOS does not initiate payments (no payment initiation / PIS).
These terms apply to the operator as the sole end user of this PFOS instance. The application is not licensed for use by other persons, for businesses, or for professional/commercial account aggregation on behalf of third parties.
Imported balances and transactions are stored locally for personal bookkeeping. Ledger postings from bank imports require explicit operator review (staging), except where the operator enters or posts transactions manually.
Disconnecting a bank or revoking AIS consent stops further retrieval and clears local AIS session credentials for that connection. It does not automatically erase previously imported or posted history in PFOS.
PFOS runs on the operator’s equipment. No uptime SLA is provided. Availability of banks and Enable Banking is outside the operator’s control.
To the extent permitted by mandatory law, PFOS is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of third-party bank data.
Use of Enable Banking and ASPSP services remains subject to those providers’ own terms and end-user consents.
